The Save Spodden Valley campaign is to be featured on national BBC Radio 5 Live tomorrow morning . (Wednesday 28 th December)
The programme is to discuss the Freedom of Information Act a year on from it coming into force in the UK .
BBC researchers have been following the SSV campaign and our ongoing success in uncovering facts about the asbestos factory site and the controversial planning application for 600+ homes and a children's nursery.
An early Information request unearthed proof that the developers had NOT supplied vital information about contamination when the planning application was submitted.
